November has arrived… and you know what that means.

It’s time for the Lantern & Key Society of Curious Explorers to get together!

This month we have a little bit of everything — a mythical book, a ghostly supper and Society Gathering,  ghost hunting a haunted restaurant, a spooky movie night and our monthly tradition of Pizza & Paranormal.

Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or you’re just getting to know the Society, come join us. You don’t have to believe. You just have to be curious. 🕯️

🕯️ A Night of Ghost Hunting at the Anchor Inn – Houghton Lake, Michigan

November 21 | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $30 Per Person

The curious, the brave, and the paranormal enthusiasts among us… it's time to grab your investigation gear and join us for an evening of exploration!

The Lantern & Key Society is heading to Anchor Inn in Houghton Lake, Michigan, for a special three-hour paranormal investigation. Who knows what we might encounter when we step inside and start asking questions?

• Date: Saturday, November 21

• Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Location: Anchor Inn, Houghton Lake, Michigan

• Cost: $30 per person

• Equipment: Investigation equipment will be provided by Haunted Traverse Tour Company.

You just need to bring yourself, a curious mind, and a willingness to explore the unexplained!

This is a special, time-sensitive event, and space is limited.

🔦 A POSSIBLE BONUS INVESTIGATION!

There's more brewing behind the scenes!

I'm currently working on obtaining permission to investigate Pere Cheney Cemetery. If permission is granted, we may turn this into an even bigger paranormal adventure!

Our potential itinerary would include:

1. Pere Cheney Cemetery – an opportunity to explore one of Michigan's intriguing historic locations.

2. Dinner together – a chance to warm up, socialize, and share some stories.

3. Anchor Inn – our evening paranormal investigation!

Please keep an eye out for updates as we work on securing permission.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

• Carpooling can be arranged, or you are welcome to meet us there. Travel arrangements are up to each individual.

• Anchor Inn is NOT heated, so dress accordingly! Warm clothing, layers, and appropriate footwear are strongly recommended.

• The Anchor Inn closes for the season after November, which is why we've moved this investigation up on the calendar.

Pizza + Paranormal + Curious People.

Come hang out at the Lunar Lounge for an evening of conversation, strange stories, paranormal discussion, and plenty of opportunity to meet other people who are fascinated by the unexplained.

📍 Location in Grawn, exact location coming soon

Topic: Native American Ghost Supper

Location will be posted on our website as details become available.  Potluck with a twist. We sit together and share a meal. I need Volunteers to bring food to share. I will be making Corn soup and fry bread. Feel free to make any dish you'd like or just bring yourself. Need a couple male volunteers to tend the fire outside as that fire leads our ancestors to the feast. More information to come!

Let's scream our way through November with a virtual Movie Night on the 30th of November at 7pm. Come watch a cult classic High Spirits. Laugh and get the chills on our Virtual Movie Night.
